St Andrews Seafood Restaurant

Architect: Pask Architects
Project Name: St Andrews Seafood Restaurant
Location: St Andrews Waterfront, East Sands
Client: Mr Simon Littlejohn
Budget: £250,000
Completion Date: Sept 2003
Build Time: 9 months
Building Use: Restaurant

Being a very visible waterfront location in the historical heart of the golf and university town of St Andrews, the project was scrutinised by both the planning department and the many local residents overlooking the civic amenity parkland within which the site is located.

With attention paid to the sensitivity of the location and the harsh marine environment, the design developed into the idea of creating a modern pavilion.
